INDIA: THE PLAYGROUND OF GODS

My husband Muammer and I participated to the Second World Congress on Regression & Past Life Therapy in New Delhi on March 2006.

I want to share with you some of my experiences in India.

We stayed in India just for 1 week but it was full of great experiences which are really so special, memorable and beneficial for me.

I felt really "at home" there. Spirituality is in people's eyes and movements, in everywhere!

Indian people are so humble, hospitable, friendly and open people, I liked them so much!

The whole city (Delhi) was smelling like a mixture of "spices and incence".

I'm just going to make a short summary because the longest one is 8 pages in my Turkish pages and also you may see it in the spiritual magazine Chi's April issue in Istanbul.

I want to start with the strongest one!

I had an interesting experience in the Lotus Temple in Delhi.

While i'm meditating there, a being appeared in front of me. I felt that He was one of the Hindu Gods which I didn't know any of them in that time
He told me "stop judging yourself" and he started to say something in a different language like a pray. And that pray started to come directly to my hearth center as an energy.

I was feeling the energy of it in my hearth center even I did not have any idea what He was saying/transmitting to me, I just deeply knew that it was a GREAT energy! I just sat there and allowed it maybe more than 10 minutes! Then i decided open my eyes, I checked Muammer which is sitting next to me and meditating too. I waited him and when he finished meditating we went out from the Temple.

The pray went on coming to me after 10 minutes while i was walking and going out of the Temple. I heard a voice saying "initiation" for a while after that. It wasn't so easy for me to tell this experience Muammer because it was so unusual!

At the same evening I told this experience to my Indian friend Mona. She said that "this is Darshan" which is meaning "seeing God in meditation". We both were curious "who was He?".

3 days after at the 11 th March (that was my birthday) I've got the answer in Gayla Reiter's workshop in the Congress ! I saw the same image (exactly the same posture and face) in one of the cards that Gayla put in the table during workshop. So I learnt from the related book (the Phoenix Cards) that He was Lord Shiva!

At the same night Valerie Barrow made a medium show for the gala night of the Congress and she said "I don't know who will come tonight" and guess who has come? It was Lord Shiva! I was really so impressed!

Next day I told Mona that He was Lord Shiva, she brought me a book about Him. I still don't know (in my conscious) what "exactly" happened to me even I appreciate and gratitude for that!

The second strong experience was a releasment. I've experienced it on my birthday too. Such a birthday full of great gifts!! I'm grateful for the Universe! 11 th march was also the last day of the Congress. I joined Dr. Newton's "Breath as an invaluable tool in Past Life Regression Therapy " workshop. When Newton asked a volunteer for a demonstration I raised my hand but not surely. My American Shaman friend Regression Therapist Moriah and English friend Regression Therapist Tricia told Newton that "today is Diba's real birthday". So Newton chose me.

I layed down and with Newton's guidance I started to breath deeply. I couldn't remember exactly what he said, I only remember that my body especially my hands and legs were rigid after a while. It is not easy to tell you what I experienced there. It took nearly 40 minutes as I know.

When I was trying to get rid of that body sensations I realized that I'm resisting and so I decided to surrender. I said to myself "whatever happenning I'm consent". I deeply trusted in the process! As soon as I surrender I could able to move my legs and my hands slowly slowly. In the meantime I was crying and laughing! I felt like I was re-uniting my body!

When everyone started to sing "happy birthday Diba" song I was feeling "reborn"! Newton says that I "released a deep trauma". I have some other strong experiences from the Congress and from India. The Congress was full of invaluable workshops. We met a lot of precious people around the world and had chance to work with them.

We could also have chance (with the help of my dear friend Mona) to be in the Sufi Music Festival and listen Abida Parveen's live concert in the Humayun's Tomb which was amazing! I had seen a book which name is "India; the playground of gods" which I strongly felt is true, so i put this as a headline in my article.

The 3rd World Regression Congress will held on Rio in Brazil.
