NEWTON : "Self-hood is an amalgamation of all our learning experiences across myriad lifetimes, including the present one." The eternal question of "Who am I" is one that all of us have asked repeatedly, directed at out "inner" self. The term "soul-searching" also sums this contemplation of the self. The journey of self-discovery can be a truly enlightening experience. Is there more to us than merely our physical bodies? Yes, there is. The answer may also lie in exploration of the many lifetimes we have had, and the lessons learnt from them. We need to discover and relive our past lives to gain an insight into our present life, and by doing so, we take a step closer to self-discovery. With this purpose of embarking upon a self-awakening odyssey, Dr. K. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi Newton conducted a 2-day Basic workshop on past-life regression and spiritual science (self-discovery) in Bangalore on 17th and 18th December 2005. There were 25 participants in all an eclectic group comprising college students, office-goers, elderly persons, and also persons from other countries. A few of them had also had one-to-one sessions with Dr. Newton. The workshop ended with presentation of certificates to all the participants. Several grateful participants gave impromptu votes of thanks to the facilitators of such an insightful workshop: Dr. K. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi Newton. The faces of all the participants reflected genuine joy and a sense of accomplishment, knowing that each of them had a purpose to fulfill in life! TRANSFORMATION Life, Breath and Soul Like a fresh watermelon with its smooth green skin - uncut, the newspaper cutting, which featured Dr. Newton's Life Research Academy, lay intact inside my wife's vanity bag for almost 2 years, until one day she insisted we visit the Life Research Academy. We know we were getting answers for the questions, which remained unanswered for long. We were marching ahead with a new mission. Deep inside the watermelon lay a beautiful world- sweet red pulp with robust black seeds tucked inside the melon by the devine which replicated in us after silencing us from the external world, led by meditational breath. There lay a world deep into our own self, joyous, serene, calm and mystic. As the awareness became deeper and deeper, it had multiple effects in other aspects of our life as well. We could see the purpose. Message seemed crystal clear and no more cryptic. It was simple, open, practical, bold and beautiful. We had experienced the cut water melon with all its vibrant colour and taste. Every black seed reminded us the very purpose for which we were here. Both basic and advanced workshop, which we attended, had transcending effect on us. It helped us in TRANSFORMATION My association with Dr. Newton goes back to about three years ago. I was a Mathematics Teacher at that time and also a Reiki channel. I was accustomed to channeling energy for healing close friends and family. Dr. Newton's Basic workshop is wonderfully crafted to cover a whole range of concepts rooted in a practical approach to spirituality of which, past life regression is a part. During the course of his basic workshop he educates us on his understanding of spirituality and its role in our day-to-day life, which is the only way that it should ever be addressed. Personally, at the completion of the two days I spent in his class, I came out a new person. I gained inconceivable knowledge about myself and my own past lives some of which were directly connected to certain situations in my current life. I came back with so much to reflect upon; what I learnt in the workshop subtly changed the entire course of my thought pattern. Without consciously attempting to do so, I began to look at life differently especially in terms of my own contribution and purpose in "this" lifetime. Most of my earlier concerns and pre-occupations now seemed trivial and literally dropped off by the way side. Dr. Newton's workshops have this unique quality of never being repetitive. He constantly updates the knowledge that he imparts, sharing with his students his most recent perspectives and learning in the field of Past-Life Regression and Spiritual Science. As he travels widely all over the world and is himself constantly engaged in an endeavor to learn, experiment with and expand his knowledge base, his students are familiar with and are trained in the widest range of techniques not only in Regression Therapy but in self-development as well. The smile on his face is indelible; the constant sense of joy that exudes from his heart is unmistakable. He serves as the greatest motivation to each one of his students to attempt to be somewhat close to the kind of human being that he himself is. At this juncture it is inevitable that I mention that the driving force behind him and his success is his petite, charming wife Dr. Lakshmi. She has the unique ability of making herself almost invisible and graciously directing all the attention and accolade towards her husband while in fact she matches her husband step for step in every sphere. Those rare classes that Dr. Lakshmi decides to take are a treat to the students. Personally, I consider Dr. Newton to be the single largest factor in the transformation that has come about in my life. He has been a source of constant encouragement and support in my process of discovering myself and my purpose in life. He shared with me, without reservation, all the resources available to him in order to help me in my spiritual growth - one of them being his books!
I always knew that the biggest contributing factor that makes a difference between a life filled with love, peace and joy and a life of burden lies in our success in finding the right teacher; someone to guide us and help us navigate through the challenging areas. I consider myself as one of those fortunate ones who has succeeded! TRANSFORMATION Hello! I would like to share my experience after attending past life regression therapy workshop by Dr.Newton: I have attended several workshops/seminars and read hundred of books on personality development, leadership, motivation, yoga, meditation, wealth management etc. and all these years I was aware of the three dimension realities. After attending the past life regression therapy workshop I could experence the fourth dimension reality and realms beyond, I could realize myself more than a human body, mind and intellect. I could feel like a energy consciousness unit, a new awareness has come, I have experienced bliss. All these years I have met many people discussed a lot on spirituality, about death etc. I got a lot of intellectual answers for these issues and I was never convinced 100%. For a real experience and feeling practically plrt has helped me. I can say past life regression therapy workshop by Dr. Newton is simply amazing and the experience is beyond comprehension. I think the workshop was well presented with the right amount of visuals and exercises. I particularly enjoyed the exercises that both Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi made us do. I found the workshop to be very revelatory and it
takes a lot of faith to embark on the journey that we
take.
