IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACE OUR PAST LIVES IN OUR ASTROLOGICAL CHARTS?

Since I met Meltem, I started to apprehend with each passing day, what a boundless and ancient wisdom system the astrology is! When Meltem read my astrological chart first time, I was so surprised. I couldn’t believe how  she could read my current life, my character and some of the details of my past lives with such certainty and accuracy.

As far as I can see, our astrological charts harbour the traces of the past lives which have the greatest effect on our current life. When we discovered this, we decided to make pilot study on this subject.
My 5 clients with who I had at least 3 past life regression therapy sessions, agreed to take part in this little study. I passed only birth information of these 5 people to Meltem, and the study began.

First of all, Meltem studied their charts, and looked at the sign which occupies the 12TH house, position of the ruler planet of this sign, the planets in 12th house, if any, the signs of these planets and position of the rulers of these planets and wrote her comments. In addition to this, she examined the 4TH house which indicates the end of life, roots and ancestors, and also the 8TH house which indicates death, according to the above mentioned parameters. The position, house, sign and aspects of Saturn, which is also known as “karma planet” were also examined. Signs, houses, common themes and especially the aspects of South node which indicates the burdens on our shoulders, and themes which we have repeated many times in our past lives and should not be repeated in this life anymore and the North node which indicates the way we should follow in this life. Finally, Meltem completed her readings by examining special aspect patterns and especially the Yod.

When she completed her readings, Meltem and I have come together with these 5 people. At that moment, nobody besides me knew the identity of these people named Subject 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. First of all, Meltem started to read the charts starting from Subject 1. As Meltem continued, these 5 people told which readings meant something for them. For some of them, the readings illustrated themselves, beyond doubt. Now, I would like to touch on the connection of the results with the past lives.

Meltem’s reading for Subject 1: “This person might have experienced the themes of traveling to foreign countries, having adventures, dabbling in theology and philosophy in more than one past life. The desire for freedom is very strong. This person went to his/her death very bravely, without any fear and his/her possible real cause of death might be an infection caused by a heavy injury or damage or an illness. We might also think that this person might have received a damage in the abdominal region. He/she has a fateful problem with theme of service.

This person was helping people with medicinal herbs in one of her past lives. She spent her all life with preparing medicinal herbs and despite this being banned, continued to do so until being caught. She executed by hanging. And desire of freedom is very important in her current life too.

Meltem’s Reading for Subject 2: We can say that relationships, love, justice and art themes carried a certain importance in past lives of this person. The chart also makes us think that he/she managed a group. This person has either some secrets or has experienced power relations. It could also point out to a cold and authoritarian family past.  Social status may be very important for this person.  He/she may be very protective regarding country and national values. Being an outsider, an oppressed mother or being separated from mother are also important themes in his/her past lives.

It was possible to see the traces of a past life which this person had a very strong character in this reading. His mother and himself both were oppressed under a very authoritarian father and he finally ran away from home. He participated in an academy far away from his mother. He joined the war later and worked as a director of a group. Country and national values were the most important subjects in this past life. 

Meltem’s reading for Subject 3: “The chart might show us that this person has a strong intuition, might have the talent of prophecy and might have developed dream interpretation. It also might show a death related to water or death by waterside. He/she was very brave in his/her past life, wanted to pursue his/her dreams and avoided long term commitments and partnership as he/she didn’t want to compromise.

This person, in one of his past life was a woman who started to interpret the dreams of people around her when she was just a 5-6 year old child. When she became an adult, she interpreted people’s dreams and warned them. She had spent the last period of this life helping and healing people with medicinal herbs. In another life, this person was a shipmaster and had taken a brave decision, ignoring the reactions of his crew. Following the sailing, a mutiny broke out and crew left the ship and abandoned him to death. He died in this ship in the middle of the sea.

Meltem’s Reading for Subject 4: “It can be said that this person expressed a rebellious attitude which was different from the norms of society in his/her past lives. He/she might have been completely influenced by his/her father regarding education and abroad subjects. He/she might have been scared to defend his thoughts. He also might have spent a life time to be worthy of his father. This chart shows that this person was interested in spiritual world, and perhaps even was a person who had read and written about these subjects and maybe was a preacher. This person also might have been a very competitive, and might have wanted to prove himself with the success in physical activities. (as a Knight?) This impulsive and impatient mood might have caused loss and failure in activities which especially requires love, competition, gambling and creativity.

It is possible to see the traces of three separate past lives in this person’s chart. In one of them, because of his constant fights with his father, he left home, became a soldier, never married and went on his way. He traveled constantly and died alone. In another life, despite being a young girl, she filled a place in religious constitution which became vacant after her brother’s death, devoted herself to that religious constitution and at the end, killed. And in another past life, which was set in a very early period, he was a Mongol warrior and killed many people for conquest.

Meltem’s reading for Subject 5: This person, despite having an intense need for love and to be loved in her chart; cannot express this and she is in constant doubt and damages her relationships because of her fears, suspicions and jealousy.  This person desires to experience a very passionate relationship which might transform herself completely and which has power struggles and even molded with death. The chart suggests that she might have left his parents at an early age and started to live with groups. This person might have experienced an intense longing for her country and family when she traveled to overseas.

Just like, subject 2, this person’s chart was full of traces of a past life which shows us she was a very strong, historical character which impressed people. She left her family at a very young age and went to live at overseas. With her beauty and charm, she became one of the wives of a very powerful person. But fears, suspicions; passions and power struggles left their mark on this past life.
This study which we have conducted with 5 people; shows us, it is possible to come across the traces of our past lives which have affected our current life most, in our astrological chart. As shown in depth with “Life Between Lives Therapy” sessions, we choose our sex, country, parents, siblings, partner and life purpose before we born. With this study, we also understand the importantance of birth moment. It is understood that when we are about to reincarnate, we choose a birth moment which will make the most suitable aspects between planets in order to realize our life purpose and to work on our problems for our spiritual growth journey. This information encouraged us to do further works on that.
